Accessible to everyone
Accessibility
at Coffee Brothers.
What we do for an accessible website and ticket purchase – and where you can report barriers to us.

Scope
This statement applies to the website coffee-brothers.de including the online ticket purchase for events (pages “Tickets” and “Your tickets”). It is based on the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), which applies to e-commerce services offered to consumers.
Description of the service
On the “Tickets” page you choose an event, a ticket tier and the quantity, enter your name and email address and pay via PayPal. You receive the tickets by email and via a personal link as text with a code and QR code; they can be shown on your phone or printed. At the entrance the ticket code is sufficient, even without the QR code.
Compliance status
We follow the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. Implemented, among other things: full keyboard operability with visible focus, language markup (German/English), text alternatives for images, form fields with labels and error messages in text form, status messages for assistive technology, sufficient contrast, text without fixed sizes and a presentation without motion when your device requests reduced motion.
This website is partially compliantwith the requirements. A full test with screen readers on all devices is still pending. Known limitations: event posters are images with a short text alternative; their full text is given in the respective event description. PayPal's payment page is outside our control.
