- Conclusion of contract
- By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once PayPal confirms the payment. You will then receive a confirmation email with your tickets, which also lists the contents of your order.
- Prices and payment
- All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. There are no additional fees. Payment is made via PayPal.
- Your tickets
- Each ticket has its own code and QR code and is valid once at the entrance. Show it on your phone or printed out. You may pass a ticket on; the code is what counts at the door.
- No right of withdrawal
- Under Section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code there is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events on a fixed date. Exchanges or returns are therefore not possible.
- Cancellation or postponement
- If the event is cancelled, we refund the full ticket price via PayPal. If it is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date; if you cannot make it, you get the price back.
